Martin Meredith has been involved in the National Rugby League for over 30 years. Martin has been heavily instrumental in the development of the next generation of talent as an Affiliated States manager and has seen first hand how the game of Rugby League has changed from the early 90s until now. He has been an influential mind in the formation of what is now a clear pathway for younger players to realise their dreams and play Rugby League professionally, or just to even enjoy playing the game and creating a community around inclusiveness and mate-ship. He has gained insight through various experiences and programs, about what it takes for young talent to realise their potential, as well as the importance of Rugby League as an outlet for mental health. Martin has also led the way as the Director of the NSWRL Academy in Sydney, and he’s been involved in the management of the Australian Wheelchair Rugby League space, with a team to represent Australia at the 2021 World Cup in England. ________________ Follow us on social media!
